These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Insurancera platform and related services provided by Insurancera ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a license or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Insurancera software on your own infrastructure, in accordance with the tier you have purchased.
Each license tier defines the number of users, agents, and features available. You may use the software for your internal business operations only. The license is granted per organization and may not be shared across separate legal entities without additional licensing.
You agree not to:
Your license includes access to software updates and technical support as defined by your license tier. Support is provided via email and our support portal during standard business hours.
We aim to release regular updates that include bug fixes, security patches, and new features. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility, some updates may require changes to your deployment configuration. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any breaking changes.
Priority support, dedicated onboarding, and custom integration assistance are available with Enterprise tier licenses.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INSURANERA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Because Insurancera is self-hosted on your infrastructure, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, security configurations, and disaster recovery procedures for your deployment.
Your perpetual license remains in effect as long as you comply with these Terms. We may terminate your license immediately if you breach any material provision of these Terms and fail to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of written notice.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession. Termination does not affect your ownership of any data stored on your infrastructure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
If you have questions about these Terms of Service, please contact us at:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
